Villa Camelia

Situated waterfront on the Island of Capri, stands out for its unique history, location, and internal decor. Villa Camelia lays directly seaside, right above the shore line, immersed in a vast area of gardens and terraces. Its private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, private sea access and private boat dock make it one of the most glamorous hideouts in Capri, despite it being only a 5-minute cab ride from the famous Piazzetta and Capri town centre.
The property is built above the former villa Palatium or The Palace by the Sea, of Roman Emperor Caesar Augusts. Some of the original villa’s remains can still be seen in parts of the property.
From the terrace of the property, one’s eyes are captured by a superb view out on to the Peninsula of Sorrento, Mount Vesuvius, and the Bay of Naples. The entire plane of Capri, with the port of Marina Grande, Villa Lysis, and the townhouses can be seen from the gardens.

Casa Iris

Casa Iris is an absolutely charming and unique little house, ideally located along Via Tragara, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Capri and its well-known restaurants and glamorous shops.
The spacious living room is equipped with AC, large flat screen TV and a fireplace. There is also a kitchenette with a dining table, while the panoramic terrace is ideal for dining outside and is furnished with a ceramic top table and a pizza oven.
Twenty steps lead up to the first floor where you can find a spacious double en-suite bedroom with king size bed, wooden wardrobe, AC and flat screen TV. The room has a large panoramic window with sea view facing Marina Piccola and a balcony opens onto a terrace where lounge chairs and a small table allow you to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
The second bedroom instead holds a French bed and a private bath with Jacuzzi shower box. This second bedroom does not have sea view.

A fantastic property situated right on the magnificent waterfront of Lake Como, approximately 5 km from the town of Como. Villa Front Lake and its neighboring Villa Batell sit in the restricted access of a private park totaling 7 acres, filled with trees, plants, and views out over the Lake. The two independent historical houses can be rented separately or together for large groups, events, or maximum privacy.
Villa Front Lake can be accessed either by helicopter, seaplane, boat, or car. The internals are full of light, color, and the most modern amenities and the property boasts an enormous amount of outdoor space and terraces, capped off by the large and spectacular lake side pool deck, all of which allow guests to enjoy a truly memorable stay.
